If you find a defect, our expert technicians will assist you. Upon filing a warranty claim, one of our technicians will contact you within 3 business days to schedule a visit and assess the issue.
Exclusions and Limitations
Please note that, as part of our warranty policy, glass components are not covered. This includes glass tabletops, shelves, and any other glass elements integrated into the furniture. Therefore, it is essential to handle these components with care and follow appropriate safety precautions to avoid damage.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or abuse of the furniture. For instance, this includes using the furniture for unintended purposes, such as exposing it to excessive weight. Moreover, actions like standing or jumping on the furniture can lead to significant damage, which, in turn, may cause long-term issues. Thus, we strongly advise using the furniture as intended to ensure its longevity.
Over time, all furniture is subject to normal wear and tear. As such, this warranty does not cover minor scratches, fabric fading, or other gradual deterioration that naturally occurs with regular use. Instead, we recommend periodic maintenance to help preserve the furniture’s condition.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other incidents beyond our control. For example, events such as floods, earthquakes, or fires fall under this category. Consequently, we encourage customers to take preventive measures to protect their furniture from such occurrences.
